Have Paperwork ready for the assessment:

1. Copy of dam’s registration papers and DNA results.
2. Foal’s original breeding certificate (Service Certificate)
3. At least 2 microchip stickers for the foal
4. Completed Abfohlmeldung ACE
5. Completed Abzeichen Diagramm
6. Membership Westphalia Society (If not already a member)
7. DNA profile for foal if it has been done prior to assessment.
8. Embryo Transfer form if applicable. Recipient mares must have a 15 digit UELN. Contact ACE office for more information.
