Have Paperwork ready for the assessment:

1. Copy of dam’s registration papers and DNA results.
2. Foal’s original breeding certificate (Service Certificate)
3. At least 2 microchip stickers for the foal
4. Completed Abfohlmeldung ACE
5. Completed Abzeichen Diagramm
6. Membership Westphalia Society (If not already a member)
7. DNA profile for foal if it has been done prior to assessment.
8. Embryo Transfer form if applicable. Recipient mares must have a 15 digit UELN. Contact ACE office for more information.
9. Due to the ongoing increase in costs relating to travel, accommodation and meals for our Assessment Team we have increased our Assessment Fees (reluctantly).  Westphalia Assessment is now $160
