ACE Group 2018 Inspection Tour
For the very first time – expressions of interest are invited from our junior breeders to accompany the Tour (one person from each State).
ACE Group Inc. aims to teach interested young people how to judge and assess horses with Gerd Kuest.
The successful applicants will:
- Be willing to learn and take advice from Gerd.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have legible hand writing.
- Preferably have a drivers license but not essential.
- The Tour lasts from 2 – 5 days in each state depending on entries.
- The 2018 Tour will commence in Australia at approx. end of January or first week February starting from Queensland and progressing through to West. Australia.
Two options will be offered to the applicants.
- Pay own accommodation and expenses and go on Tour purely as a student to be mentored by Gerd Kuest.
- Have accommodation paid for but in return help with admin and paperwork whilst still being mentored by Gerd Kuest.
This is an excellent opportunity for a young breeder to become a travel companion with Gerd Kuest and gain from his vast knowledge as an Assessor and Internationally acclaimed breeder during the ACE Group 2018 Inspection Tour.
ACE Young Breeders:
The ultimate aim of ACE Group Inc. is to have a Team of Young Breeders that can Represent Australia in the annual WBFSH World Championships. The following is an extract from the Canadian Warmblood Young Breeders Website: http://cwyoungbreeders.com/theteam.php
“The CWHBA and it’s Young Breeders program is happy to officially announce that Canada will be host to the WBFSH International Young Breeders World Championships in 2017!! The dates have already been set for July 20-22, 2017 and will be hosted at none other than the world renowned Spruce Meadows facilities located in Calgary, Alberta! This will be the first time that the championships have been held outside of Europe, and we are very excited to welcome studbooks from around the world to experience our western hospitality, as well as everything else our wonderful country has to offer. Stay tuned for lots of opportunities to volunteer and get involved in the near future! Make sure to check back here frequently for updates for both the CHWBA Young Breeders Program, and the IYB 2017 World Championships.”
